PEACE PERSONIFIED-#Little things

Finding out peace within is the ultimate aim towards life! We can earn a good some of money or enjoy a good reputable position in the society yet without inner peace; these all seems meaningless…

1. Staying calm no matters what happens

Life never ever goes the way we plan it to be…when the things go right we are content but what makes difference is whether we can maintain our calm under contrary situations?…Do we have enough of the patience to shine when everything goes negative??

During my graduation days…just before the final professional examinations… I and Jasmine were getting stressed out beyond words…subsequently we were not able to sleep…which helped nothing but enhanced stress!! As a consequence we were not able to concentrate whatever we were reading that time…it just went on and on like a vicious circle…the graph of my stress rose above my threshold …it was then when I realized that getting worried is simply worsening my health and my performance…and whatever chances I had to perform well too were dwindling…and moreover what’s suppose to happen will happen anyway!! And what was not supposed to happen can happen if we ourselves start losing the track…

Worry simply kills!! Over thinking creates problem which never ever existed in its first place…

Let me recite the Sanskrit shloka from The Bhagawat Gita which says …karma i.e. work is in our hands whereas we have no control over the results…we should focus on karma (work); the results will follow themselves up…

कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन

मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भुर्मा ते संगोऽस्त्वकर्मणि’

[Karmanye Vadhikaraste, Ma phaleshou kada chana,
Ma Karma Phala Hetur Bhurmatey Sangostva Akarmani]

Sometimes we spend so much time in apprehension that literally we bypass ‘work’ ; which is the actually the cardinal ingradient of our life’s receipe…

Flight always takes off against the direction of wind…so we shouldn’t panic if things go in opposite direction than the usual conventions…just keep your calm!! lets bring the peace in the moments of chaos!!Related image

2. Take responsibility – dont find faults in others…

When things go right we take up all credit…why not when it goes wrong as well? Life has its own risks … all our decisions have enough potential to go in either direction….so why are we afraid of failures?? Is it a real big deal…? When we play a match we can lose…that never ensures that we are bad players…there are equal chances of winning the next match! But as long as we keep finding people whom we can blame upon…practically we can never grow…we simply make sure that we can lose the other match too without any guilt conscious...It is a sign of weakness not strength

Never condemn anyone…when we spread negativity, it comes back…radiate positivity…more positivity will ensue…“He has a right to criticize, who has a heart to help.”  Abraham Lincoln.

3. Don’t compete with others

competition should be with only one person that’s…You yourself!! What others do doesn’t matter…what matters is what you do!! Just focus on doing better than yesterday!!

5. Count your blessings-

we always have two options: either to count our problems or to count our blessings.…in point of fact we are more blessed than actually deserved!! just keep a count of your blessings…make yourself your priority…keep growing!!

6.Appreciate the little things

appreciate the little things in life;they count most…when we start getting thrill on every little good thing in life …happiness showers!! it attracts more happiness..

Being best is good but being peaceful is the best
